Get inside the lives of 6 uniquely gifted artists from across the country who travel to Atlanta to work with Robert and his artist development team. These artists and rising execs are both equally determined to turn their dreams into a reality. All genre's of music are embraced as their quest evolves in the journey to the deal.

These aspiring artists's and execs will meet with Robert Terell and various established individuals in the music industry i.e. vocal coaches, choreographers, publicists, digital marketers, promoters, booking agents, and more as they get prepared for the ultimate goal of landing a major record deal!

There will be online audience participation affording the opportunity for music fans around the world to cast their votes and guest opinions on who should win each show challenge the artists participate in.
